Village Concepts has unveiled its new El Dorado West retirement community in Burien.
The $14 million project hosted an open house July 26, and it’s scheduled to open this month. It replaces the former El Dorado West structure with a new, state-of-the-art building with 102 residences, a beauty parlor, a therapy program and other amenities in its 95,500 square feet, according to Village Concepts.
Construction on phase two of the project is scheduled to be completed in August 2014.
