“Giving Care, Taking Care,” a caregivers training conference, will be offered June 4 at the Tukwila Community Center in Tukwila in an effort by its co-sponsors to help caregivers meet their responsibilities through practical skills and resources. 

The conference is intended for:

• Family caregivers (spouses, adult children, parents of adults with disabilities, or other relatives).
• Homecare workers and adult day services staff.
• Adult family home or assisted-living workers.
• Social services or mental health professionals who work with family caregivers

The event’s co-sponsors are Aging and Long-Term Support Administration, Full Life Care and Pierce County Human Services.
