Customer-satisfaction award goes to King’s Manor

King’s Manor, an assisted-living community in Tacoma, has received Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2018 Customer Experience Award for its performance in senior healthcare services.

Pinnacle Quality, a customer-satisfaction measurement firm in the post-acute healthcare industry, bases its awards on annual phone surveys involving more than 2,500 care providers in the U.S. King’s Manor residents and their families were asked open-ended questions and rated the community in various categories.

King’s Manor is a non-profit, faith-based senior community affiliated with the Lutheran Church of Christ the King Congregation. It has 64 assisted-living apartments.
