Concerns about memory loss are the topic for an Alzheimer’s Association-sponsored seminar scheduled for Jan. 11 in University Place.
Topics of the early-stage memory loss seminar for those living with mild memory loss and their care partners will include the basics of dementia, strategies for coping, and communication and help planning next steps. Participants can ask questions and learn from the experiences of others who understand their situations, organizers of the event said.
The session will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. at United Church, located at 3912 Grandview Dr. W. Advance registration is required. Information is available from Kenna Little at 206-529-3868.
